My GP referred me to Mr Hannan. I found him a sympathetic listener taking my problems seriously and giving me reassurance. He put forward a variety of possibilities for the cause of my symptoms, gave me some treatment which helped immediately and referred me further to a specialist colleague for further investigation. I highly recommend his care and professionalism.

Mr Hannan is kind, patient and thorough. I’ve seen Mr Hannan for a few different things - mainly rhino-sinusitis and the frustrating effects it can sometimes have. He’s always asked a lot of questions to get to the bottom of things and be very thoughtful about his approach. Most recently - I’ve been having very strange aches and pains in my neck that were worrying me; Mr Hannan has helped ease my mind about things by doing a thorough check and helping to explain the problem despite GPs not knowing at all.

The service and level of care i received from Dr Alam was excellent. I walked in very troubled, scared and at my wits end and left not only reassured but educated on how and why things could be happening. He is calm, patient, thorough and above all is transparent. He goes above and beyond, listens and takes in all you have to say. I did not feel brushed off and more importantly I felt like he cared.

I have suffered from ear problems for several years and was recommended by an audiologist to consult Mr Hannan. The initial telephone conversation was greatly reassuring and this was confirmed at my actual appointment in Harley Street a few days later. Mr Hannan quickly diagnosed the issues and is treating the conditions that affect me. He has been extremely helpful and caring and took great trouble to ensure that my current problems will be remedied and that I shall enjoy far better health in my ears going forward.
